Një kompani e vogël me një projekt të madh.

SmileyTech nisi në vitin 2019 si emri që Nikola Gjorgiev u vuri produkteve të tij. Sot është një startup me një qëllim: një kompjuter që çdo familje mund ta përballojë për fëmijët e saj, mjaft i thjeshtë për këdo, në dyqane në vitin 2027. Punojmë nga Shkupi, Maqedonia.

Një çmim që çdo familje mund ta paguajë

Një fëmijë nuk duhet të ketë nevojë për një kompjuter 1.000 € për të mësuar. Ndërsa sistemet e tjera rriten me çdo version, ne e mbajmë SmileyOS aq të vogël sa të punojë në një kompjuter 10 ose 20 vjeç, dhe para se të caktojmë çmimin e kompjuterëve tanë, i pyesim familjet sa mund të paguajnë.

Fëmijët në radhë të parë

Ajo që bëjmë për fëmijët nuk ka reklama, nuk ka gjurmim dhe asgjë të ndërtuar për t’i mbajtur duke shfletuar pa fund. Ajo që është mjaft e thjeshtë për një fëmijë, është e thjeshtë për të gjithë.

Mjete të vërteta

Fëmijët dinë të përdorin mjete të vërteta. SmileyOS u jep atyre një terminal të vërtetë, një gjuhë programimi të vërtetë dhe një desktop të vërtetë.

DevHelper, KKSJ dhe Trackle.mk janë sot në dyqanet e aplikacioneve. Na pëlqejnë produktet që u arrijnë njerëzve.

Rreth meje

Nikola Gjorgiev, themelues.

Ndërtoj softuer që nga viti 2014. Fillova me lojëra për celularë, kalova te aplikacionet për celular, ueb dhe desktop, dhe gjatë rrugës drejtova edhe një ekip.

SmileyOS nisi në vitin 2025 si një projekt për netët dhe fundjavat. E projektova dhe e shkrova që nga rreshti i parë: sistemin, gjuhën, aplikacionet dhe lojërat.

Ky është plani im dhe dëshira ime. Jam një ëndërrimtar i madh dhe besoj në këtë histori.

    Working across the stack on EU public-sector and enterprise programs, with a focus on clean architecture and long-term maintainability.

    Senior Software Developer across multiple cross-platform engagements for international clients — mobile, web, and desktop.

    Shipped The Social Hub (iOS, Android, web), ShopAz.com commerce app, OpenTalk.eu conferencing clients, and an internal hot-desking tool. React, React Native, Electron.

  3. 2023 — pri 2025

    Senior dev

    Kin + CartaLondon, United Kingdom

    After Kin + Carta acquired Melon, the Sofia team continued as a Kin + Carta studio. Same cross-platform remit — mobile, web, desktop — on a wider global client base.

    Senior engineering across client engagements from the London-listed tech consultancy's pipeline, until Valtech acquired Kin + Carta in April 2025.

    Senior Software Developer at Melon, the Sofia-based engineering firm. Worked on cross-platform product teams — the same crew later continued under Kin + Carta and then Valtech.

    Delivered mobile, web, and desktop features for international clients while the Sofia office kept its local Melon identity.
