Color-matched chains 6 power-ups 5-minute sessions
Connect colored dots fast

Easy to learn. Wickedly addictive.

Red, green and blue electrons fall down the screen, Tetris-style. Link them into a chain — but here's the twist: you can never connect two of the same color in a row. Green to red to blue to green… your brain is always hunting the next move while the board keeps dropping. Easy to grasp, brutally hard to put down.

  • Three colors — red, green, blue. Each link must switch color.
  • Close all three into a loop to fire your score multiplier.
  • Close another loop in time and it doubles — ×2, ×4, all the way to ×16.
  • It speeds up as you climb. Drop the live electron off-screen, or double-tap one color, and the run ends.
Electron gameplay — falling red, green and blue electrons linked by glowing lines into loops, with a rising score multiplier

How to play

1

Connect different colors

Electrons fall like Tetris. Link them into a chain — but never two of the same color in a row. Red to green, green to blue, blue to red.

2

Close the loop

Link all three colors into a closed loop. That completed loop switches on your score multiplier.

3

Double it — up to ×16

Close another loop before the timer runs out and the multiplier doubles: ×2, ×4, ×8, ×16. But the board keeps speeding up — don't let the live electron fall off-screen.

Electron power-ups menu — six upgrade slots, some unlocked and some locked behind coin costs earned by playing
Unlock power-ups

Six upgrades. Strategy, not clutter.

Your score is the currency. Bank your points into six power-ups — shield a chain from a slip, slow time down, supercharge your score and more — each with its own upgrade tree to grind. Real decisions, zero clutter on the board.

Your score is the only currency

Here's the wild part: even if you wanted to spend more, you couldn't. There's nothing to buy. No coin packs, no premium currency, no IAP — we never built the money machine. Every unlock and upgrade is bought with the points you earn by playing. The $0.99 is the first and last time the game touches your wallet.

What you're training

Every session gives something back.

Most games take. This one trains. "Sharpen your focus" isn't just a tagline — here's exactly what the gameplay puts to work every time you play:

Selective visual attention

Picking the right colored dot out of a busy, drifting screen.

Pattern recognition

Anticipating where the next matches will form before they do.

Working memory

Holding your chain and multiplier state while you react.

Reaction under pressure

Speed scales as you improve — your reflexes have to keep up.

Sustained focus

Long chains take minutes of unbroken concentration to hold.

Decisions under uncertainty

Which power-up to spend, which dot to chase, when to play safe.

Honest framing: Electron doesn't claim clinically validated brain-training results. It's the kind of activity that genuinely feels like a mental workout — no lab coats, no big promises.

Why it exists

No dark patterns. Just the good part.

Most mobile games are built to swallow your whole day — streaks, guilt, push notifications, loops dressed up as fun. Electron throws all of that out. Pop in, build a wild chain, smash your high score, put it down. No strings. That's the whole game.

01

Zero notifications, ever.

The game will never send you a push. No "we miss you" guilt, no streak rescues, no daily-reward bait.

02

Zero ads, ever.

No banners, no interstitials, no rewarded video — and no data harvested to sell to ad networks.

03

Pay once. That's the end of it.

$0.99, one time — and then there is literally nothing else to buy. No IAP, no coin packs, no subscription. You couldn't overspend if you tried. Updates are free.

04

Works offline. Always.

No login, no account, no cloud sync you never asked for. Plays on a plane, a train, or in a tunnel.

How it fits your day

Got a minute? That's a run.

5min

A coffee break

A quick session between meetings — short enough not to derail the day.

15min

A commute

Long enough to chase a real high score. No internet required.

2min

Before bed

A wind-down ritual — no bright ad reels, no infinite scroll.

The story

Made by someone who left the games industry.

I spent five years as a game developer. I walked away when I realized games had stopped being games — they'd become products, engineered to squeeze players with monetization and pull them into the freemium loop. Electron is my answer to that: a game that respects you instead of farming you.

  1. 2019

    Built as a reaction

After leaving the industry, I built Electron in Unity on nights and weekends — the anti-freemium game I wished existed. No ads, a symbolic price, and your score as the only currency to unlock and upgrade power-ups. I poured real money into polishing it with freelancers.

  2. 99%

    Then it gathered dust

It reached 99% done — and never shipped. When I decided to step away from games, I shelved it. For years it sat in a git repo, finished but unreleased, frozen in Unity 2018.

  3. 2026

    Finally alive

A month ago I finally restarted it — upgraded Unity 2018 to Unity 6, rebuilt for modern iOS and Android, added power-ups and polish, all on the same principle: respect the player instead of exploiting them. It is now in review on the App Store and Google Play.

Why $0.99

Less than half a coffee, once. It funds one developer making something with care — and it means the game never needs to sell ads or track you. Bonus: that dollar helps keep all of SmileyTech.mk's projects alive, so a purchase doubles as a no-strings way to say thanks.

Questions, briefly

Yes, really — no ads.

How do you actually play?+
Red, green and blue electrons fall down the screen, Tetris-style. You link them into a chain, but you can never connect two of the same color in a row. Close all three colors into a loop and your score multiplier switches on — close another loop before the timer runs out and it doubles, all the way up to ×16. The board keeps speeding up, and the run ends if the live electron drops off-screen or you tap the same color twice.
Is this really $0.99 with nothing else to buy?+
Yes — and we mean nothing else. There's no IAP, no coin packs, no premium currency, no subscription, no "pro" tier, and no ads. Even if you wanted to spend more, you couldn't: we never built anything to sell you. One $0.99 purchase unlocks the whole game forever, and updates are free.
What are the coins in the shop, then?+
Your score. Points you earn by playing are the in-game currency you spend on the six power-ups and their upgrades — there's no real-money purchase involved anywhere. Everything in the game is reachable just by playing it.
Do I need an internet connection?+
Only to download it. After that, Electron plays fully offline — no account, no login, and no data sent anywhere.
Does it claim to be neuroscience?+
No. We don't make medical claims. It's a focused puzzle game — the kind of activity that feels like a brain workout. Whether it sharpens you is up to you.
When does it launch, and on what?+
It's coming to both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Both are marked "coming soon" for now — check back here for the store links once it's live.
Who makes it?+
One developer at SmileyTech.mk — and a former game-industry dev who left because games had become monetization-first products. Electron was built in 2019 as the anti-freemium reaction to that, sat 99% finished on a git repo for years, and was finally rebuilt in 2026 for modern iOS and Android. Every line of code and design choice is one person's work.
Launching soon

Give your brain a game that gives back.

Five focused minutes that sharpen instead of drain. Electron is coming to the App Store and Google Play — one-time $0.99, no ads, no noise, no tricks.
